BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN NPJ TRYOUTS, YOU MUST COMPLETE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
1) Purchase a CEVA Membership (This will become available on September 1st, 2022. You can still register for tryouts and purchase your membership at a later time)
2) Once your CEVA membership is purchased, print off your CEVA membership card to show at check in on November 6th or 13th.
3) Print and fill out medical release form, sign and bring to check in on November 6th or 13th to participate
